SHORT BIOGRAPHY
Md Awal Al Kabir, Associate Professor at Jahangirnagar University, Faculty of Business Studies is a researcher, Human Resource expert and trainer.He has joined Jahangirnagar University on December 2010.He was also the Chairperson, Department of Management Studies.
He has passed SSC from Cumilla Board obtaining 5th position in the combined board merit list. Then he successfully completed his HSC from Dhaka City College and joined Dhaka University for his higher study. He completed his BBA in Management and MBA in Human Resource Management from Dhaka University. Awal Al Kabir also went to University of Nottingham, UK for his MSc in Business and Management receiving prestigious Dean Merit Scholarship for Excellence.
He has received Bangladesh Educational Leadership Award, 2017 from the category of Best Professor in Management awarded by South Asian Partnership Summit, India. Beside these he is a regular trainer of BPATC, Sheikh Hasina Jubo Unnayan Kendro, DESCO and other local and multinational organizations. He has numerous International publications and taken part in numbers of international conferences . He also get involved in various social works.
